50/50 tickets go on sale in early July. $1 each or 6 for $5. The big winner will take home half the pot; in 2021, that was $105,580! You DO NOT have to be present to win! Ticket locations will be announced before July 1st, so stay tuned!
The City Council meets at 6pm the third Monday of each month at the Community Building.
Finance meetings are at 6pm the first Monday of each month at the Community Building.
Garbage pickup is on Mondays, and landscape waste is picked up the fourth Thursday of each month.
Amboy is a historic village in north central Illinois, located in Lee County, 12 miles south of Dixon, Illinois, President Ronald Reagan’s hometown. Our population is just over 2,500.
Amboy has had its share of famous and not-so-famous characters over the years, which gives it an interesting history. It is a warm farming community where neighbors care about each other.
